I share your feelings of disgust for the way HC is running her campaign. This is only the second time in 30 years that I’ve actually gotten involved in a presidential race, and am impressed with Barack Obama. I think Barack demonstrates the best way to contend with HC’s machinations - to ignore them and her as much as possible. I hope his honesty and integrity prevail and inspire a similar response from the delegates that will select the final nominee at the DNC next summer. However, that said, I’m also afraid that HC will hijack the nomination by calling in all those party favors from the superdelegates and by manipulating the outcome from Michigan and Florida. Talk about grandstanding! I’m a feminist, but I don’t like lies, cheating and disrespect, so it’ll be a cold day in hell before she EVER gets my vote. I think I may respond like you: if HC gets the nomination, I’ll write down someone else in protest and send a long letter of denunciation to her office in the White House. Still, despite the odds, I think we must cherish hope, Bjorn…Barack is a strong and determined man with a lot of grassroots support, and that is a victory in and of itself. Hang in there - he said it wouldn’t be easy, so we just have to have a little more faith!
